Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

This role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and engaging with the community through events and outreach while working with marketing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Act as a local ambassador and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
