Job summary

Intuit is seeking detail-oriented TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving client growth within your community.

You will collaborate with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, serving both in-person and virtual clients and ensuring a high-quality customer experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with professional tax preparation software and Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize taxes.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Engage with clients in-person and virtually to deliver a seamless experience.
