Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support onsite, while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and help clients navigate complex tax situations—from W-2s to business income—using Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Eagerness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Experience with TurboTax software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit customer experience.
