You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, and help grow the local client base while collaborating with a team of tax and advisory professionals. You will be a trusted guide for clients, addressing tax complexities and expanding services across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with company training.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience onsite and via digital tools.
• Engage with clients to understand their full financial picture.
