Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will perform in-person tax preparation and provide expert guidance, while also acting as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.

You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Strong tax knowledge and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem with offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
