Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, handling in-person and virtual clients. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while guiding clients through a complete financial picture.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem, and help expand services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and online.

Skills

EA/CPA/Att Lawyer tax prep experience

PTIN active

3+ years tax returns 1040

Upskill in bookkeeping/payroll
