Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a local TurboTax location. You will work onsite with a collaborative team, expanding local client bases through community outreach and partnerships.

You will connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
