Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will be a trusted guide, helping clients from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios, while growing TurboTax’s local client base and engaging with the community through events and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, M-F.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning in everyday language.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
