Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You'll grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Build local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and respond to inquiries.
