Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our US TurboTax locations. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney credentials preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours; on-site in TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships in the community.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, addressing tax questions and helping clients plan for future tax years.
