Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax preparation, advisory support, and software assistance while building a local client base and collaborating with a network of specialists for end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid preparation of 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; participate in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
