Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, working on-site with a team of specialists to map each client's complete financial picture. You will grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing tools, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill to additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week; may scale up during peak season.
• Willing to complete required training and participate in compliance and development programs; uniforms required and allowed for advertising.
• Willing to build a local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; advertise in accordance with policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver tax planning advice, deductions optimization, and amendments using government sites and professional tools.
• Act as a community ambassador, grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Lead client meetings with cross-functional experts to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
