Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a nationwide network of TurboTax locations. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and support clients in person and remotely, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Comfortable with onsite TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust through service excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
