Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in-person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours per week.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Guide clients through the full Intuit ecosystem, connecting them to bookkeeping, payroll, or planning services as needed.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and drive repeat engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional communication and service.
