Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts. You will provide tax expertise, client outreach, and end-to-end support, serving both in-person and virtual customers at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, delivering a seamless customer experience while expanding the local client base and fostering community relationships.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiar with filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional, professional customer experience in person and virtually.
