Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, and you will engage with local clients to build a thriving practice inside the community.

You will collaborate with a team of tax and financial professionals to deliver comprehensive services, including business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning. This role is onsite in the United States with flexible hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Maintain on-site presence during standard hours and participate in ongoing training.
