Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, from personal returns to business scenarios, while building lasting client relationships and contributing to local growth.

You will engage in community outreach, leverage marketing tools, and help clients navigate tax planning with Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns with professional software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Assist with community engagement and marketing initiatives.
