Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service in person and virtually. You will focus on tax preparation, while also growing the local client base, building relationships, and guiding clients through the full Intuit ecosystem for year-round financial

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experienced in filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow and manage a local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
