Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for year‑round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide on‑site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build lasting relationships, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with complex scenarios including business income, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
