You will deliver full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in‑person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide a seamless Intuit experience. This role emphasizes building local client relationships and growing TurboTax services within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients across personal and business taxes.
• Assist with deductions optimisation, amendments, and tax planning.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
