Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, building a complete financial picture and coordinating with tax and advisory specialists. You will drive local growth, engage with communities, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, while adhering to training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; ~20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training, including compliance and cross-training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios and tax planning.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and address inquiries.
