Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, grow the local client base, and drive loyalty through community events and local marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive local growth and client base.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect with Intuit solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
