Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients achieve financial goals and grow local business with Intuit resources. You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer tax advice, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, ~20 hrs/week.
Willing to complete required training and development.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be photographed for advertising.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
Build lasting relationships and cross-sell Intuit services.
