Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site and remote support, deliver full-service tax preparation, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists to ensure end-to-end service. You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships in the community, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to add value.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
