Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparation, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services.

This role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships through tax engagements and ongoing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
