Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energetic Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tax expertise, connecting clients with Intuit resources, and growing the local TurboTax client base through community engagement. You’ll work on-site, collaborating with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms; may use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local customer base.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
• Assist clients through complex tax situations and future tax planning.
