Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert teams at a TurboTax location in the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will perform full-service tax return preparation on-site, advise clients, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete all training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear company uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with online/offline inquiries.
