Intuit Inc. is seeking driven individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation and provide expert advice, while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. The role requires on-site presence, strong tax credentials, and willingness to grow your service

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience, filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance rules.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients with excellent service.
