Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, client advisory and local community growth. You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (30+ returns/season). Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into baseball other services with training.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 time window.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniform.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as community ambassador, grow local client base and referrals.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and clarify financial goals.
