Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver tax preparation and advisory services in a community setting. You will work with clients in person and virtually, providing tax expertise and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support.

The role emphasizes building relationships, growing the local client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists to offer end-to-end Intuit solutions.
