Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks Tax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and build local client relationships.

You will guide clients through personal and business tax needs, while expanding the local customer base and promoting the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services.
