Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide tax prep and advisory services at a local TurboTax location.

You will serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and connecting customers with Intuit’s broader services. The role emphasizes community outreach, relationship-building, and a willingness to grow the client base with marketing support and cross-functional collaboration across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, planning and client reviews.
• Serve as local ambassador to grow the client base and community presence.
• Engage in relationships across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via digital tools.
