Intuit is seekingTax professionals to join TurboTax Local Service Experts, delivering on-site tax preparation and expert guidance with a community focus. You’ll work with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Responsibilities include client discovery, tax planning, and leveraging marketing support to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for clients.
• Engage with customers in-person and via IntelliTuit video tools to deliver end-to-end service.
