Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory services. You will work closely with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes community engagement and local growth. Candidates should bring strong tax knowledge, PTIN, and a willingness to expand services with Intuit resources.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow and nurture local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and clear guidance in everyday language.
