Intuit, Inc. seeks seasoned TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation for on-site and remote clients, partnering with a broader team of specialists.

You will advise on complex tax scenarios, drive local client growth, and deliver a trusted, end-to-end Intuit experience in your community. The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, client relationship building, and collaboration with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams, with training and uniforms

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Able to complete required trainings and wear uniforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and represent TurboTax in the local community.
