Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, credits).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
