You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and grow the local client base through community outreach.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation for diverse scenarios, from W-2s to complex business income, while maintaining high service standards and leveraging marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize taxes, and provide planning guidance.
• Engage community, build local client base, and participate in outreach.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
