Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work closely with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support, while building strong community relationships and growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes hands-on customer engagements, personal finance guidance, and leveraging TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into advisory services (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for holistic client service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
