Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle full‑service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, mainly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms; and be comfortable with using your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to complementary services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure year‑round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
