Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and personalized tax advice for in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience and grow the local TurboTax community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally via outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
