Intuit Inc. is seeking devoted TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance.

You will be part of a financial services team, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory areas to ensure a seamless client experience. You will grow the local TurboTax presence through outreach, events, and partnerships while building relationships that turn first-time clients into

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and may be asked to wear uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via remote tools.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and drive repeat business.
