Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparation, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in-person and virtually.
• Assist and educate clients to maximize refunds and future tax planning.
