Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with local communities to grow the client base. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax license (EA/CPA/Att.), required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040 federal/state tax returns.
• PTIN active and in good standing; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willingness to work onsite and train for additional services.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns; handle simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal experts to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and cross-sell Intuit offerings when appropriate.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted community ambassador and brand advocate.
