Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with complex personal and business tax scenarios.

As a community ambassador, you will drive local growth, build trust, and cultivate long-term relationships while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support to expand the local client base.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation background.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to service clients holistically.
