Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advise clients, and connect customers with Intuit's ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

As a local ambassador, you will build a client base, organize community events, and support marketing efforts while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed seasonally using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance.
