Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax returns, deliver expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists to provide end-to-end support to personal and business clients.

You will drive local growth, build lasting relationships, and support community engagement while maintaining high professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040 returns using pro software; familiar with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, community events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually at TurboTax locations.
