Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to grow a thriving client

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and events
• Coordinate with broader team of specialists for holistic tax advisory
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually
