Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions in a local market. As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and help clients navigate complex personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base and relationships through community outreach.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
