Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a on-site role across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, personalized tax advice, and software assistance while partnering with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and leverage TurboTax resources to enable customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Engage clients in person and via Intuit tools to ensure a seamless experience.
