Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, integrating with a team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax office location and 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community activities
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients
• Engage with clients in-person and via TurboTax tools to maximize value
